Administrator Authority

Administrators have the authority to edit your accounts without permission.

Administrators have the authority to delete your accounts if need be.

Administrators HAVE the final word.

Do NOT question the Administrators.

If the Administrators think you are a danger to the Game they CAN and WILL ban you.

Administrators have the right to withhold the ban reason from anyone, except the banned person(s).

Selling off Account

(1) Withdrawing from your bank and letting a friend or alliance member steal it from you is ILLEGAL and if found you CAN and WILL be banned for it. The ban time depends on the Administrator who banned you.

(2) Selling your buffers so an alliance member of friend may thieve easily from you is ILLEGAL and if found you CAN and WILL be banned for it. The ban also depends on the Administrator who banned you. In chain thieving is ILLEGAL.

(3) Untraining soldiers so that a friend may mass you when they are Germany or so you may mass them when they are UK is ILLEGAL and will result in an IMMEDIATE BAN.


Family Related Issues

(1) If you are caught sending GOLD or TURNS to a family account member you CAN or WILL be banned for that. This has come up 70% of the time with the Administrators. We cannot check if your FAMILY MEMBER is real, nor can we prove it unless you do. Account Transfers between family members ARE and SHOULD be illegal FOR ANYONE ON THE SAME IP...The only exceptions are made at the discretion of the Administrators.

(2) IF you are CREATING an account and YOU know that a FRIEND or FAMILY member has an account, you are REQUIRED to Private Message an Administrator. IF you do not, you will be banned. Please inform us, so we can protect you and your friends account. However, if same Password, account transfers, sell offs are found on both accounts, you will be banned.

(3) Accounts with same IP are NOT allowed to join under another person on that exact IP unless proven he/she is real


IP Related issues



Users on the same IP can not be allowed to send turns/gold to another person on the same account IP. You WILL BE BANNED, unless otherwise approved my the Administrators.



Mass/Thieving


Mass/Thieving inchain is not allowed


Administrator Abuse

(1) If you abuse an Administrator about being banned, they CAN and WILL ban you for the rest of the age. Please ask nicely, DO NOT demand.

(2) If you think you are banned unfairly, please PM the Head Administrator.

(3) If you are insulting, abusing or anything on the line of HARASSMENT the Administrator CAN or WILL ban you from the game.


Multiple Accounts

(1) If found, you will be banned.

(2) If suspected, you will be banned.



Cheating


If you are found or suspected of having an unfair advantage in the game you will be banned if that advantage is ILLEGAL. The following is what is called as an Advantage.
Multi Accounts
Auto Bankers
Auto Attackers
Gold Finders
Sell Offs
Password Sharing; DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LOG IN TO ANOTHER PLAYER'S ACCOUNT
Any Automated Scripts, including but not limited to Macro Schedulers
You WILL and CAN be banned for those.



Irc nick


Using someone else his irc nick to get extra turns is not allowed



Harassment


If found harassing a player in game you will be given a warning, if found again you will be banned.



Racist


ANYTHING in the form of racism is ILLEGAL.


Bug Abuse


Bugs are errors in the coding which can suddenly show up without warning. If you experience something Odd and it seems to be not normal you are required to report it to an Admin as soon as you notice it. By reporting the bug when it happens an admin can correct the problem and get you back to your game.
NOT reporting it and continuing to play with the bug in place or using the bug to advance your account abnormally is considered illegal and a form of cheating. You CAN and WILL be banned for this.



Player Rights

The player that got banned have the right to know the reason of a ban, they are also allowed to take it to a higher ranking administrator for their input, but you may not get what u expect. Some admins may lengthen your ban.
